From the moment we met Kym from Pleasure Pools we knew that he was the one to build our pool, he was straight down the line and explained everything we needed to know about owning a pool, the pro's and con's, no fancy talk or jargon. Kym made an extra effort to really understand what we wanted out of the pool and came up with a design that suited our family requirements.

Kym made sure everything went as smooth as possible, considering the job ahead of him. Our site was quite difficult and access was very tight to say the least. We had to have the hole dug for the pool before construction started on our new home and then wait another 10months before work could start on the pool. During that period, Adelaide recorded it's wettest winter on record which in turn caused numerous problems with the pool hole. Kym kept in regular contact with us throughout the construction of our home and made the necessary visits to ensure that the hole was structurally safe.

Once we moved into our new home, construction started on the pool, not without drama's again. At all times Kym and his team ensured that the construction process was of the highest standard and they all took pride in their work. Our pool took longer than anticipated but it was definitely worth the wait. Kym built us a fantastic, fun and sturdy pool that will serve our family for a very long time.
